I'm Chloe — physiotherapist, former touring ballet dancer, and co-owner of Prehab Performance Specialists, a central London clinic supporting West End shows and TV productions. I built DPUK Studios because I kept seeing the same thing: talented dancers and performers held back not by lack of effort, but by gaps in their foundation. Hip stability. Controlled flexibility. The basics done properly.
