As Co-Owner and Director of Prehab Performance Specialists — a central London physiotherapy clinic supporting West End shows, TV contracts and freelance performers — I have the privilege of leading a team dedicated to raising the standard of healthcare within the performing arts industry. I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and genuinely excited to continue growing a team that shares the same vision.
Beyond the clinic, I’m involved in projects across the UK that create safe, supportive and inspiring opportunities for the performer community. From personally touring as a ballet dancer to now working behind the scenes to protect and enhance performers’ careers, I’ve seen first-hand how much more can be done — and improving the standard of care both in and out of the studio has been my mission ever since.
The Online Studio was created from that same passion, but with the goal of reaching beyond London and in-person work. I wanted to create a space where more people could access movement, education and support regardless of where they live, their experience level, or their background.
For me, movement is about so much more than exercise. Taking time to slow down, reconnect with our bodies and become more aware of how we move can have a huge impact on our physical and mental wellbeing, and ultimately shape how we live our everyday lives.
Although my background is rooted in dance and performance, the Online Studio is absolutely for everyone — not just dancers.
We have members of all ages, abilities and experience levels, all coming together to move, learn and feel stronger in their bodies in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Whether you’re a professional performer, returning to movement after injury, or simply looking for a space to move and reconnect with yourself, you are so welcome here.
Come and join us.
